TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(For App, Website & In-Office Counselling Services)

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the counselling and advisory services provided by VISUTI EDU AND TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Prem Plaza, Chitrakoot Marg, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur – 302021, Rajasthan (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” / “VISUTI CAREER”).

1. Definitions

The term “Subscriber / Applicant / Candidate” shall mean and include the candidate and/or the parent or legal guardian who registers for services through:

• Mobile Application (App)
• Official Website
• Physical/In-Office visit

and accepts these Terms & Conditions, collectively referred to as the “Subscriber”.

2. Mode of Service Delivery

The Company provides counselling and advisory services through:

• Mobile Application (App)
• Official Website
• Physical/In-Office Counselling
• Telephonic, WhatsApp, Email, or Online Meetings

All modes of service delivery shall be governed by these Terms & Conditions uniformly.

3. Nature and Scope of Services

VISUTI CAREER provides career counselling, guidance, and advisory services only, including but not limited to:

• NEET UG Counselling
• NEET PG Counselling
• IIT / Engineering Counselling

The services are strictly limited to information, guidance, analysis, updates, and advisory support.

The Company does not deal in, sell, arrange, reserve, block, influence, or guarantee any admission seat under any circumstances.

4. No Guarantee of Admission

Admissions and seat allotments are governed solely by statutory authorities such as NTA, MCC, NBE, NMC, JoSAA, State Counselling Authorities, universities, and institutions.

The Company makes no representation or warranty regarding confirmation of admission or seat allotment.

5. Independent Decision of Subscriber

All advice provided through App, Website, or In-Office counselling is purely advisory.

The final decision regarding registration, choice filling, acceptance of seats, participation in counselling rounds, and reporting to institutions shall be taken solely by the Subscriber at their own discretion and risk.

6. No Agency or Representation

The Company is not an agent, broker, or representative of any college, university, medical institution, or counselling authority and does not receive any consideration for seat allotment.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for failure to secure admission due to:

• Rank, score, eligibility, domicile, or category issues
• Policy or rule changes by authorities
• Seat availability or reservation rules
• Decisions of counselling bodies or institutions
• Missed deadlines, incorrect submissions, or non-compliance by the Subscriber

8. Information & Update Disclaimer

All guidance, alerts, and information provided through App, Website, or In-Office are based on historical data, experience, research, and publicly available sources.

The Company shall not be responsible for any subsequent change, modification, delay, or cancellation by authorities.

9. Accuracy of Information & Documents

The Company proceeds in good faith based on documents and information provided by the Subscriber.

Any consequence arising from false, incomplete, incorrect, delayed, or misleading information shall be solely borne by the Subscriber.

10. Forms, Applications & Notifications

The Subscriber remains fully responsible for all applications, forms, entries, uploads, deadlines, and submissions, even if assistance is provided by the Company through App, Website, or In-Office services.

11. Fees & Refund Policy

All fees paid for counselling or advisory services—whether through App, Website, or In-Office—are non-refundable under any circumstances, irrespective of admission outcome or withdrawal.

12. No Verbal Commitments

The Company shall not be bound by any verbal or informal statements made by any employee unless confirmed in writing by an authorised signatory of the Company.

13. Fraud & Misrepresentation

If the Subscriber is found to have provided false information, fabricated documents, or engaged in fraudulent activity, the Company reserves the right to terminate services, forfeit fees, and initiate legal action.

14. Separate & On-Demand Services

Any additional or on-demand services offered through App, Website, or In-Office shall be governed by separate terms, if applicable.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan only.
