REFUND POLICY

VISUTI EDU AND TECH PRIVATE LIMITED

1. Applicability

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by VISUTI EDU AND TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, including but not limited to:

• Counselling services for NEET UG / PG
• IIT / Engineering guidance and advisory
• App-based services
• Website-based services
• In-Office counselling services

All fees paid by the Subscriber / Candidate for the above services are subject to this Refund Policy.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to the Company are strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances.

The Company does not guarantee admission, seat allotment, or placement, and fees paid are for advisory and counselling services only.

Subscribers / Candidates understand and agree that payment is for services rendered, irrespective of the outcome or utilisation of services.

Requests for refund, partial refund, or cancellation of subscription will not be entertained under any condition.

3. Payment Disputes

1. In case of any payment issues, Subscribers should contact the Company immediately at contact@visuticareer.in or call 9145879646.
2. All disputes regarding payment will be addressed strictly in accordance with Indian law.

4. Agreement to Refund Policy

By making any payment to VISUTI EDU AND TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, the Subscriber / Candidate explicitly agrees to this Refund Policy and acknowledges that no refund will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Failure to secure admission
• Partial utilisation of counselling services
• Technical issues with App or Website
